Formative Years

How does a child learn to read? Should children learn cursive? What should a second-grader be mastering, or a sixth-grader? What is the difference between high-quality curricula and something to avoid?

We understand the complexity of these questions.

At Pella Hill, you will collaborate closely with your teacher to ensure an age-appropriate, rigorous yet balanced education that nurtures individual interests.

We believe children learn best when they have ample playtime, abundant opportunities for exploration, and consistent support - all while maintaining a structured routine.
