Join us for a unique adventure as we visit the famous 45x90 Geographical Marker near Wausau: the exact halfway point between the Equator and the North Pole! After exploring the marker, we'll continue the adventure at Marcus Theaters to enjoy a private showing of Journey to the Center of the Earth.

About the event
Join us for a unique adventure as we visit the famous 45x90 Geographical Marker near Wausau—the exact halfway point between the Equator and the North Pole! This special landmark is one of the few places in the world where you can stand at such a unique geographic location.
As a souvenir of the experience, each attendee will receive a commemorative coin to remember their visit. To receive your coin - please register each person attending with their individual name and zip code (including children). We are required to turn in a "guest book" to receive the coins.
After exploring the marker, we'll continue the adventure at Marcus Theaters to enjoy a showing of Journey to the Center of the Earth. It's the perfect way to follow up a real-world geography lesson with an exciting cinematic journey beneath the Earth's surface!
Popcorn and soda are included with your movie ticket. When registering, please be sure to select the appropriate ticket type for each member of your group so we can accurately reserve seats and refreshments for everyone. 1:00pm - Meet at 45x90 Geographical Marker
1:30/1:45pm - Depart for Marcus Theater (35 min drive)
