January Book Club

What's Included:

Receive: If you don't already have one, each participant will get a Book Tracker in the mail! This fun tool lets kids record how they read the book, give it a star rating, and jot down why they rated it that way.

How It Works

Each child chooses their own book (or books!).

• Borrow from the library, dust off a favorite from the shelf, or even listen to an audiobook before bed.

On January 2nd, log onto Zoom ready to:

• Give a quick synopsis of the storyline

• Share your star rating and explanation

• Persuade others to either pick it up… or skip it!

• Each child can present one book—so make it a memorable one (the best… or maybe the worst!).

Why Join?

• Kids get excited to read with purpose.

• They practice public speaking in a fun, low-pressure setting.

• It turns downtime over the holidays into something engaging and meaningful.
